We are a small business: does this concern us?
Yes. Attackers do not choose: they try everyone and get in wherever access is poorly protected. In recent years independent hotels in Italy have been hit too.
We already have an IT technician: do we still need this?
We work alongside them. The Check-up gives them a list of priorities; we add continuous monitoring, training and a procedure ready if something happens.
We do not use Microsoft: can you still work with us?
Yes. We work with whatever system you have. Being a Microsoft Solutions Partner is an additional specialisation, not a requirement.
Does the Check-up stop our work?
No. It takes a short interview and access to your systems, always with your written authorisation. We do the rest behind the scenes.
What happens after the Check-up?
You decide. You can fix the weak points with your own technician or entrust us with continuous protection, with a plan sized to your business.
Does the NIS 2 directive apply to us?
Tourism is not among the sectors listed in the directive, so for most tourism businesses there is no direct obligation. In the Check-up we verify whether it applies to you, including as a supplier of companies that fall under it.
